The 30 days

Hello and Welcome to my blog about a Journey of sacrifice, pain, denial, trust and most of all... well sacrifice.

I will try and blog everyday and provide you with some videos of this journey you are taking with me.

The journey started today where a fellow colleague of mine put me up to the challenge of going 30 days of celibacy...

These are the Terms and Conditions

1. The bet starts at 12am Monday 30th March and ends midnight Wednesday 29th April.

2. Over the duration of the bet, no mention can be made of the bet to anyone through means other than Facebook, Twitter and blog announcements unless instigated by the third party.

3. Over the duration of the bet, the following is prohibited:

a. Contact with anyone that can be considered of a sexual nature such as kissing, fondling, touching or intercourse.
b. Talking about sex or making sexual comments.
c. Exposing oneself to others (this includes parading around in underwear).
d. Deliberately and knowingly letting oneself become exposed to content of a sexual nature including full or partial nudity.
e. Masturbation or self-pleasuring of a sexual nature.
f. Consumption of more than two standard drinks per hour (alcohol)

4. Every night, a 100 word (minimum) blog entry must be made outlining any difficulties or urges experienced during the day. Video logs are welcome too.

5. If at the end of the bet duration it is found that any of the above rules were broken, all money must be returned to the respective sponsors.

6. A group will be set up on Facebook and people are encouraged to discuss progress or blow the whistle on any wrong doings.

7. People are also encouraged to donate money to sponsor the bet.

8. Questions can be directed towards the bet moderator, Nikolai Douglas.

It's going to be a hard 30 days however I am determined to prove all of you wrong!

And feel free to donate money if I make it! Will make the bet much more interesting
